111806 2003-01-07 20:39:00 Hi,

I'm currently assembling pieces to make a new pc.

I am looking for a full ATX case with plenty of cooling options.

Where is the best place (around Auckland) to find one???

Cheers

111807 2003-01-07 20:50:00 Well, I built a PC and bought myself a nice case from http://www.qmb.co.nz
I can highly recommend their quality service, fast postage if you're ordering over the web, and they even accept bank-deposit payments!

They have a nice range of stylish cases, at a very competitive price.
I bought myself a case from them at $70 odd and it keeps my components nice and cool :)

Cheers

It's cheap & effective.

111812 2003-01-07 22:53:00 a couple of my favorites here (www.ascent.co.nz), here (www.ascent.co.nz) and here (www.overclockers.co.nz). there are heaps of cheapo cases around but you usually get what you pay for. tweak'e (174)

I like this one (www.overclockers.co.nz). *thread hijack* Is it worth paying for something that has been pre-modded? Or is it more worth the hassle to DIY?

BTW - I'll always recommend Procase (http://www.procase.co.nz/) for std cases. They've got a great selection.

depends......most case modders like to do the actuall work themselves, thats half the fun of it. however for those who just want a cool case its better to go buy a pre modded one.

111815 2003-01-07 23:21:00 Pre-modded cases.

Well they're good if you're lazy and don't mind having a modded case the same as a lot of people out there.
