| 111735 | 2003-01-07 09:46:00 | I have recieved a Virus Named Trojan Horse Norton Failed to Remove or quarantine and just says left alone so what now the file name is C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0416272.CPY can i just delete tis system file? Is it just used for system Restore a function of ME? |

| 111736 | 2003-01-07 10:03:00 | You need to disable System Restore to remove the infection restore point. Go into Control Panel > System > Performance tab > File system button > Troubleshooting tab. Put a tick beside Disable System Restore. Click OK and then reboot. That will remove all previous restore points. Run NAV over your system again, and if all well go back and remove that tick from Disable System Restore. You might then want to go and make a fresh Restore Point via Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools Jen |
