I am trialing Softmakers eM Client. Messages are being downloaded from the Orcon Server but a dialogue box comes up with the message 'Invalid Credentials W22if3719086yhi.56'. Any suggestions about how to fix the problem? |

Since making this post I have emailed the problem to Softmaker Support. I have also posted onto the Softmaker Forum. Any posts on that forum have to be approved before they appear. I did come across a post describing the same problem as mine made during January 2012 on their forum. This post had no replies. I suspect that Softmaker is closed down for the weekend so I do not expect any response till at least Monday night. |
