| 1326241 | 2013-02-03 07:25:00 | Ok my understanding is they should work together, but they don't According to this page (welcome.solutions.brother.com) all i have to do is plug the usb cable from the printer into the computer and it'll install the drivers automatically. But as soon as a plug the printer in I get a popup saying "USB device not recognised" and a little box saying USB device not recognised The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it. Recommendation Try reconnecting the device if windows still does not recognise it, your device may not be working properly. Any help would be appreciated |

Replaced cable and all working well now |
