| 1300791 | 2012-09-14 07:08:00 | I like the new iPod Touch - it definitely needed an upgrade. It's so sluggish now especially when jailbroken with a few cydia tweaks. They should of put the A6 in it though. And anyway, it was the only good thing apple announced. The new iphone is just a joke. What's up with the naming system? New iPad, iPhone 5?! So is the next iPad going to be called iPad 4 now or something. Apple's just playing catchup with the competition. Looks like we're not getting much more innovation from apple. Oh and that iPhone 5 intro video.. That really makes me mad! "We take changing it very seriously. We don't just want to make a new phone. We want to make a much better phone. iPhone 5 is the result of this approach. It's been completely redesigned." Hahaha what a load of rubbish. iPhone 5 has just been designed by stretching out the old one. Then they go on about LTE. It's been on droids for ages! They make it sound brand new. Panorama? How long has that been on android? Facebook integration..why not integrate all the other netwo iPhone 5 is apparently the most quality phone they have ever built.. thats what they say every time. |

Sadly it will not interface with the previous fanbois who will have to stay with their now hopelessly outdated hardluckware, but that's iProgress for you. The newer fanbois will be lighter, faster, more coloured, and will come prefilled with nutrients thus obviating the need for a mouth. |

However, if somebody is going to try and state something as fact when it's *clearly* incorrect, I'm more than happy to direct them towards the truth (See: xkcd.com ) Thinnest phone ever? Nope, the Motorola Droid RAZR is thinner. Fastest iPhone ever? Yeah sure, it most probably is ... And if you're wanting to get one simply because it's newer than your current iPhone, and it'll work well with your Apple TV and your iPad, then sweet as! EDIT: Had to share this, quite possibly the *best* comment I've heard about the launch of the iPhone 5: plus.google.com Go on, you know you wanna +1 that post! :D |

| 1300796 | 2012-09-14 09:57:00 | This guy has it spot on (a comment from chills link) Only recently did I realize that my hate towards anything Apple isn't mostly about Apple itself, but mostly towards such idiots who hype it up too much and make it appear as if Apple's doing stuff that isn't really possible on Earth. This is what originally made me "just hate" apple. The fact people would just say, oh it's better. Why you ask? Because it IS was the answer. Sure they do some things nice, others not so nice. The truth is people prefer different things. One thing would be BORING. Now those google glasses, amazing!! Perfect performance in a live real world test!! Nothing is better than that! |
