So here's an expert on Jewish Halakhic law? Could this possibly lead to claims Maori originally arrived on the Ark, and preceded the canoes by many thousands of years?

It seems to me he is saying that the processing of Mrs Awatere-Huata made her uneatable because of kosher restrictions?

Did someone chuck some pork bones in the pot with her?

1) The Indians control all the water that's in the ground since it came from their pantheon gods - or maybe just a few of them when the Indian was created and it is therefor theirs .
2) The Indians set up themselves in territories that they declare sovereign and the only people who can go there are the FBI and it has to be by invitation or they need written permission for an arrest even if they followed an Indian who just robed a bank, stabbed three cops, stole an armored car and ran over a crosswalk full of nuns coming back from a wine tasting soiree .
3) Illegal immigrants (er, 'confused tourists') come across the borders, demand their US Constitutional rights, vote in general and Presidential elections (Don't ask-Don't tell), use the ERs as their personal doctors on 24-hour call and have babies in the US to anchor the mother (and the father if he can be found) so the child won't suffer the socially and psychologically damaging exposure as a possible non-citizen and they get free college and higher education, free driver's licenses and state paid vehicle insurance 'cause it's illegal to drive a car without insurance .
4) Murderers and rapists of US citizens who can escape and make it back across the border to Mexico cannot be extradited to stand trial in the US, as they are citizens of Mexico and are not under the jurisdiction of US authorities .
4) Indians pay NO taxes on anything .
5) Indians do not have to have vehicle insurance, driver's licenses nor a legally owned vehicle for that matter . If they stole it and there's an actual Indian sitting in the driver's seat: it's theirs .
6) The US Govt builds the Indians new fire stations, stocks them with the latest gear, vehicles, pumps and communication systems and when they return to see how things are going, the fire trucks are up on cement blocks, the wheels and tires are gone, the engine is missing and generally any brass parts have been sold at junk yards and the fire station is burnt to the ground . The US Govt . then rebuilds their fire stations each and every year and restocks it as it was . Returning next year they find the same conditions and then the cycle starts all over again .
7) If you don't speak Spanish in a Spanish speaking store, you won't get served nor be allowed to check out . You get glared at and you are ignored as a blue-eyed interloper .
8) All official communications in court, law centers, medical and professional services have to hire English/Spanish translators and all documents have to be co-printed in Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Sanskrit, Russian, Serbian, Croat, Meso-Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Mandarin), Middle English, Klingon and Ferengi .

Probably would happen here except for one thing. The moaris here are many different tribes who fought and ate each other. They cant agree on anything pan tribally. Once the last treaty rip off is settled that's their wack for ever.
