Hi,recently my cursor arrow has begun flikering,but only when it is shifted into the bottom tool bar wether it be on the start button ,task bar or system tray.
I reset it to default but no change and it appears the mouse drivers are up to date if microsofts auto updates are to be believed.Two recent changes have occured,one being the use of netscape 7 instead of IE.the other was an update to JAVA run time environment.I have suspicions on the later but am unsure wether I should remove it all together or if there may be some other way to find out why its happening.I use xp home edition on a relatively new computer,less than a year old.Hope someone can assist Regards Dave. |
