| 112013 | 2003-01-08 09:56:00 | I'm wanting to disconnect from the internet then immediately reconnect to the internet. So I would like to disconnect after 1:55:00 then reconnect immediately. Any ideas of something which can do this? I'm only wanting it to happen in that circumstance though, I don't want it happening when the net gets disconneted for other reasons. OS is XP Pro. |

| 112015 | 2003-01-08 10:24:00 | ummm an alarm clock won't quite cut it I'm sorry. I can do it myself when I'm at the computer, but when I'm out I can't do it manually. The reason for wanting to is that after 280hrs of usage for the month my ISP reserves the right to kick(and lock out for 10m) me when I've been connected for more than 2hrs in a peak time. So I figure, disconnect beforehand and reconnect. |

| 112018 | 2003-01-08 10:42:00 | Here’s how you do it Get a connection wizard (something that make you stay connected to you ISP) And at the same time get a disconnecion wizard (something that makes you disconnect at a set time) This way you will disconnect at a set time and the connection wizard will reconnect you Now this is just a theory I thought of but it should work Go to www.download.com you can get both programs here search “Connect” and “Disconnect” Here are two links I found that may have a good or bad programs but give it a try (both are free) Connect download.com.com Disconnect download.com.com Remember I haven’t tried it but It may work |
