| 112519 | 2003-01-09 21:43:00 | hey. i decided to venture into the big BAD world of Overclocking, and decided to overclock my AMD 1800+ to a 2000+, using the "supposedly" easy redStorm overclocking Technology. i got it to 1900+ ok and pushed it to 2000+ but it took for ever tryin to check the DMI Pool Data on start up so i decied to put it back to 1800+ not wanting to permantly screw it up, NOW if i want to get a Post beep on start up telling me my system is fine i have to shut down and boot up. it wont pick ip my CPU on a restart, no post beep, and detects my IDE drives all over again. have i done something STUPID? and one more thing, if i dont run my CPU cooling prog it will stay exatly on 47.C just ideling and with full load! |

| 112522 | 2003-01-09 23:12:00 | Try failsafe defaults. If that doesn't work the reset the bios using the cmos jumper on the motherboard. | crozier (2004) | ||
