113507 2003-01-13 06:06:00 I can install stuff of any auto start CD, and nero can verify that burnt data is correct, by reading the CD.

if i place a cd in the drive and have a look, it says

"F:\ is not accessable
incorrect funtion"

The following may be of use:

113511 2003-01-13 20:07:00 Ejecting it works for me...
Take it out and push it back in again. If its verified it, then I have 100% assurance the CD is fine!

Only sometimes happens after a burn....

113512 2003-01-13 20:26:00 Theres 4 machines in this network, and since i rebuilt the network, this one is the one that has always given me trouble ... every time....EVERY TIME (grumbles a lot about this)

This problem may have gone away by itself, it may have gone away because i removed the audio progs that wanted the CDR to be a dedicated audio player.. (see previous post (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)) but the problem had remained for a few weeks, and magicly disapeared when my back was turned.
