| 113286 | 2003-01-13 02:24:00 | I can't find an appropriate section in Help to cover this very simple function but I'm sure someone in F1 knows how to do the following: I want to enter a title or heading across the page and centre it so that it cuts through a number of cells or fields I've been into alignment and unchecked text wrap but the heading won't sit nicely in the centre of the page. Thanks willbry |

| 113288 | 2003-01-13 03:42:00 | That's right Godfather , I know there's a merge button on one of the Excel toolbars but I would still like to be able to mergel cells to write a centred title in a Works spreadsheet if it can be done | willbry (1555) | ||
| 113289 | 2003-01-13 04:33:00 | Try this. Select the cells (using click and drag) with the mouse. Then right button click on the selection, thewn select Format, then Alignment then Centre across selection. Works in 4.5a. Regards Lessur |
