| 113696 | 2003-01-14 07:14:00 | I am running Windows 2000 professional. When using the defrag option, there are (presently) 5 files that wil not de-fragment. One is 511Mb and is called hiberfil.sys. Others vary from 1Mb upwards. Any help as to how I can force all the files to defrag. Thanks | Muzza101 (2994) | ||

The other files that won't defrag are probably system files too, but if they're not, try running scandisc to see if the files are corrupted. |
