| 113724 | 2003-01-14 06:56:00 | I have NEW Logitech QuickCam Web - clean install. PIII 800 384MbRam...3d video card 32mb Ram Win Me. When trying to start web Cam all freezes no go any where any how...suspect problem with USB ports... Any ideas? Thanks |

| 113726 | 2003-01-14 08:23:00 | I have one of those cameras. When you installed the webcam, did you install the software BEFORE you plugged the webcam into your computer? If you installed the webcam, followed by the software, start again. It is important that your webcam is installed LAST! BALDY:-) |
