2003-01-15 10:17:00 | Maybe you coloured it, on the sal.neoburn.net image there is a funny looking thing on the right. Maybe you turned a setting on in the browser.

2003-01-15 12:09:00 | >test >>test >>>test >>>>test >>>>>test judging from the colors, the post colors on your screeny resemble the hierarchial quote colors above, although yours look more vibrant than mine displays, could be server side, if browser types are taken into consideration with the forum software code, but i supose not, since the source code you had had the post titles colors set at 'null' which is just bad server side coding (not a java man myself, so thats just my guess), are you sure that wee mailbox icon on the right from your screen shots got nothing to do with it :p, grtz sal. tga * is there some sort of quote color standard?

2003-01-15 12:34:00 | off topic > Wouldn't PF1 use CSS sheets for the layout and > coloring though? not as much as it should, but its really the forum software, which im guessing the pf1 team tweak quite a bit, im sure if they want to lighten up the file size/download of the pf1 pages, which imo, are a bit bulky, css would be a good start ;) sal looks at the current masses of font tags ?:| grtz sal. tga

2003-01-15 18:25:00 | I agree with that - heck opening the source code for this page brings up Wordpad (hence the HTML source for this site is more than 60KB) Ever noticed how the browser will load a bit of PF1, wait a bit and then continue loading the rest? or is it just something that my computers doing to upset me? Although why play with something that's working properly? CyberChuck

2003-01-15 20:35:00 | >Especially redundant ones Bruce.. clearly that is NOT a redundant tag, infact its one of the coolest tags i've seen for sometime. Pity doze systems are too silly to understand it :p .Clueless

Nope - Phoenix - Konqueror and Mozilla are all the delicious shade black :( Id say it may be the same as when you do this: > reply 1 > > reply 2 > > > reply 3 > > > > reply 4 > > > > > reply 5 > > > > > > reply 6 > > > > > > > reply 7 > > > > > > > > reply 8 > > > > > > > > > reply 9 > > > > > > > > > > last reply... I think it might be doing that with post titles... When you reply.. Its in a tree sorta structure for some people (or when you're not signed in.. Ive set mine up for last post at the bottom and not in a tree-structure format). Perhaps its doing that with the subject names etc! I like it though.. Should be standard :D |
