113783 2003-01-14 20:51:00 Crozier,

If it is a Paint Shop file then opening the file in Notepad (or Wordpad/Write) part of the first record embedded in the file will be (should be) "Paint Shop Pro Image File"

Cheers, Babe.

113785 2003-01-14 21:09:00 I somehow doubt its a Paint Shot File

Google's not much help either?!

If it came thru email or somethin, I would suggest you mail the person back asking what they used to edit/open/create the file?!

113786 2003-01-14 21:11:00 In that case is it a powerpoint presentation which when opened in notepad will have "P o w e r P o i n t D o c u m e n t" a few records down from the Root Entry point.

Babe.

113787 2003-01-14 21:18:00 Do you do that with all your files BabeRuth? Open them in notepad and write down little things like that?! ;) Chilling_Silence (9)
113788 2003-01-14 21:22:00 Chill,

I actually use a HEX Editor for that ... but Notepad is available on most windows systems or a text editor of some kind anyway, so I usually recommend using one of those.

Cheers, Babe.

There are quite a few references to fonts so I guess it's logical to assume it from some kind of page layout or text processing program. As I said earlier, the person who created it is away til next month. So no help there.
