114216 2003-01-15 07:46:00 Dick Smith has this CyberDrive CD writer XH4125 on special for $149. Has anyone had any experience with it and is it a good deal? Andrew B (867)

Our one even came with Nero Burning 5.5

114218 2003-01-15 07:57:00 Not with this model but I did have the first cyberdrive cd writer they put out (6x2x2 speed) which worked perfectly for a year until i gave it to my daughter who wore it out by burning something of the order of 300+ cds (she has great patience). In other words quite reliable but there are better deals around especially if u drop to a 32 speed model (Samsung, LG, Liteon etc which can be had for around $100 if you check out pricespy. the highlander (245)
