| 114496 | 2003-01-16 22:53:00 | Hi I'm a modem user. I like downloading files. I can't afford DSL/Cable or any other high speed plan. I use the internet a lot for surfing tutorials (BF1942 Modding mainly) so when the tutorial has been downloaded my connection remains idle while I read it. I was wondering if there was a download manager to download while the connection is idle but pauses downloading when another program accesses the connection (eg internet explorer) until the connection remains idle again. This would utilize full bandwidth at all times when im connected to the internet. Right now im using flashget and I havn't found any features to do this. Anyone know any programs? If not could be a new project for all you programmers out there. Dylan |
