114522 2003-01-17 02:50:00 A few things:
1 - please refrain from insulting Microsoft. I have no probem with humor about Microsoft and with complaints about their products not working, however never insult them infront of me - I have found them to be a dedicated company that offers excellent support and great assistance when required - well that's my opinion anyway

2 - If you don't want to use Microsoft products then there are plenty of good free equivilants available on the net. For example - have you thought about using www.eudora.com for your emails instead of Outlook Express?

3 - When you refer to Sub-Headings do you actually mean the folder list?
Click View > Layout > Folder List to bring this back

114524 2003-01-17 02:56:00 Could you give us a little more information please? Do you mean you had local folders for 'keep this' and 'recipes' and these have disappeared? If so, you may be able to recover messages in these folders by using DBXtract (www.oehelp.com). Rod J (451)

114526 2003-01-17 09:21:00 Either,
1 . go back to school and learn to spell and enunciate clearly, or
2 . go here (http://www . microsoft . com/) and attempt to read, or
3 . . . . . . no - that could be inflammatory .
