| 115128 | 2003-01-19 02:06:00 | Hi Have managed to use WMP 9 ok to burn cds with very good results but the FIRST track is always missing from the output CD. Does anyone know why and how to correct this. TIA Ron. |

| 115129 | 2003-01-19 04:16:00 | I got the same problem - burnt 20 songs to a CD, and the first one ended up as 3 mins 40 something seconds of silence X-( ?:| I was also disappointed that it lengthens each song by two seconds to add two seconds of silence "between" tracks. I swear I'll never use WMP to burn CDs again unless they make it remarkably more easier to use, and add new features such as length between tracks, and track order. The only reason I used it was because I couldn't find the options for Roxio DirectCD/Easy CD Creator, and it was at 1:00am after Big Day Out. |

| 115130 | 2003-01-20 03:08:00 | Gidday, I have WMP9 for the first time recently, and it completed the cd just fine. It is a bit messy to use I agree, but I'm very pleased with the result. I'm not sure what caused it to drop the first entry on your burn, but here is what I did, before I started the burn, I hope it can help you. turned off autorun in the registry, and restarted. (I have found in other burning programs not disabling this can cause problems) turned off the screensaver, and disabled antvirus, and msn messenger. didnt run any other program while burning. Good luck, Bob |
