| 115026 | 2003-01-18 10:57:00 | for some reason my comp can't dual boot 98 and 2k anymore when it comes up to the menu made by windows 2000 and when i select win98 it just crashes is there a way to fix this or can anyone sugguest a dual booting utility a free and simple one would do i just need to be able to get back into windows 98 thanx |

| 115027 | 2003-01-18 22:59:00 | I believe that there is a freeware utility called XOSL which is an Open Source Boot Loader. I would suggest you run "Repair" on 2K and see what happens with the boot manager, as the repair function is quite handy! Boot off the 2K install CD and select repair rather than install when prompted! Cheers Chilling_Silence |
