I have an old PC - AMD K6 200 MMX w/ 160MB RAM and a 4MB Rage IIC integerated video card. i am wondering how much of an increase in performance i would get if i purchased the DSE PCI Card Video MX200 32MB from Dick Smith Electronics www.dse.co.nz

115272 2003-01-19 10:29:00 Personal opinion: It's not worth getting the card for that low performing computer. It's only 200MHz and the RAM I assume is 72pin 60ns RAM but I could be wrong. You are better off saving your money and buying a new system. Adding the card may lessen the load off the CPU but you won't see much difference in performance.

You can build pretty reasonable machines for under $950 after GST.
