115263 2003-01-21 00:33:00 Ok, thanks, I will check them out, ~~~~~ s y ~~~~~ (2054)
115264 2003-01-21 04:11:00 >I can get 512MB SD-RAM for about $95 + GST

I have a quote for this - if your price is for real, then can I get some from you?

512mb PC-133: $175.00

115265 2003-01-22 01:09:00 Cheapest I can get is...:

256Mb x 2 sticks = 512mb
(48.95 x 2) x 1.125 = approx $110.15 incl. GST

But do you have the room for it? :D

Goto:
http://www.qmb.co.nz
and also
http://www.etccomputers.co.nz

Both are in Auckland, but QMB who I mainly deal with are very good with postage!

115267 2003-01-22 01:52:00 On second thought.. Flag etc.. havent been there since before christmas and their pricing has gone up considerably!

I can however fully recommend QMB with Excellent customer service and quality parts at a real good price!

115268 2003-01-22 03:53:00 Thanks Chilling - I havent been too keen to try new shops, but the ones I usually use are too expensive for ram and stuff... craig_b (2740)
115269 2003-01-22 08:31:00 QMB have quite good pricing. But it is important (I believe...) to visit Price Spy (http:www.pricespy.co.nz), as different shop can vary very much in prices.

Crazy example:
D-Link DSL500 ADSL router sells for $269 + GST at a shop when I brought it, but when looking at DSE, it retails for $459 (now on special for $379 still....) :O

Many thanks,
