| 115361 | 2003-01-27 01:58:00 | I had a computer sent to me using Fastway Couriers, and they must have dropped it from quite high agains something, because they put a huge dent in the side of the case, and destroyed the CD Writer. That was through 2 layers of cardboard box (original packaging) and it's polystyrene packing material. They also claim that they don't take any responsiblity for any damage caused to anything you send, even though you're protected by law. So - Go for a reliable courier company, and spend the extra few dollars, which could save you a lot of hassle. |
