115312	2003-01-20 08:29:00	No. It was a brand new computer purchased through OEM. The Stickers for the Keys have all been removed from the covers (if you call those paper sleaves they come in covers). However we have now found the key back and it was actually inside the cover of the PC. Was reluctant to open it due to being still inside the warrenty period but it was the only pleace left to look. The virus made a huge mess of his PC in that he could boot but as soon as you opened anything it closed it down again. Booting in safe mode made no difference and came up with errors like file not found even though it was right there. Tried to get him to log in as Administrator but they never gave him the admin password either. Have reformatted and started again. all going well now.	Big John (551)
