| 115542 | 2003-01-21 00:37:00 | In previous versions of Outlook, it was possible to open the email message with several attachments, highlight them ALL, and delete ALL of them by simply clicking the Delete button. In Outlook 2002, Microsoft requires that your right-click each attachment file separately and then click Remove. It is no longer possible to remove them all in one go. You can highlight all attachements but the Remove option disappears from the right-click menu ?? Any ideas how to overcome this problem ? |
