| 115979 | 2003-01-22 08:24:00 | Was given a work PC with Win2k logging into Novell 5 LAN. Wanted to add Linux RedHat 7.3 and a second copy of Win2k not connected to the LAN to play with. The method that worked was: 1. Repartition for Linux and install - use LILO to dual boot. 2. Install second copy of Win2k to a NTFS partition. The second Win2k install left LILO intact - when I choose "Win2k" from LILO I now get the Windows OS screen to choose between the two copies of Win2k. Might be useful to someone? |
