All 3 around the $1300 mark . Never owned any of those brands (currently have an Asus) but overall, which of those is the "best"?

1328194 2013-02-15 20:21:00 My brother has a Lenovo Edge E530 and it looks and feels really solid. If you buy it off lenovo.co.nz you can also upgrade the screen to 1600x900 for $12 which is really nice. jonovw (16835)

1328196 2013-02-16 05:38:00 I recently bought a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E530 3259T7M to replace my Desk Top which had expired. It came with Windows 8 and a whole lot of rubbish. Wiped the lot and installed Windows 7 Ultimate. No problem downloading the drivers from Lenovo. Very good so far. Has good sound and clear screen. The Keyboard is a bit odd, the F keys operate with the FN key. Pause/Break is reached by fn P, no pause key. Cool running. mzee (3324)
1328197 2013-02-16 07:56:00 The lenovo has the best cpu (only marginally over the Samsung), the other two have the better graphics card. icow (15313)

I take it you got a free copy from MSDN or something like that? Nobody in their right mind pays the asking price for Win7 Ultimate.

1328199 2013-02-16 19:48:00 I'd go with the Toshiba. They seem pretty reliable .. paulw (1826)

I thought the Lenovo has the better graphics card, according to this anyway

Yeah you're right got the 635m confused with the 630m. 635m>7670m>630m.

Lenovo seems the way to go
