1328184 2013-02-15 02:57:00 Tried their online search and didn't find it.

Actually rang them yesterday about something else, the person I got wasn't exactly to helpful, so not to keen on actually phoning again.

1328187 2013-02-15 04:00:00 Thanks KD, thats the one -- mustn't have been using the right search terms -- ( its Friday) -- I'll contact them on Monday

@ wratterus -- yep you got it, found a few instructions - looks easy enough using HyperTerminal ( famous last words) Had to load it back into Windows 7 since Its not there anymore, that was easy enough, couldn't be bothered re imaging a XP PC up just to get that.

1328188 2013-02-15 10:22:00 I've done a few - dead easy. Only tip I have is make sure you are powering the HDD from the same PC you're running hyperterm from - I had three separate instances where it just would not behave when the drive was powered by a different PSU. Think it's something to do with the earths not being quite equal. wratterus (105)
1328189 2013-02-15 10:29:00 That makes sense - thanks for the tip.

Contacted the place KD linked just waiting for a reply.
