| 1327250 | 2013-02-10 09:10:00 | I bought from PB Tech and not from Dell direct. Do you think that it's more appropriate to contact PB Tech first? Or go direct to Dell? |

| 1327251 | 2013-02-10 09:40:00 | I'd try PB Tech first, retailers normally deal with the RMA process, also if they have one in stock they might be able to replace it straight away. | icow (15313) | ||
| 1327252 | 2013-02-10 09:48:00 | It's over 2 years old and have checked PB site, they don't have this model anymore. Anyway, will contact PB tomorrow. Which do you think should be faster, through PB or Dell direct? Don't really want to be without a monitor for 2~3 weeks. |

| 1327253 | 2013-02-11 23:20:00 | Is the warranty a "zero pixel, zero defect" warranty. Many warranties simply wont cover a few or more dead or stuck pixles . Its in the fine print. I now allways ask if the warranty is for zero pixel , some brands are & they are the ones I tend to go for. BTW , I'd be very interested how you get on With a warranty claim with PB-Tech |
