| 116623 | 2003-01-26 02:17:00 | Why does a printer that has previously printed good quality photos start to print them with a reddish tint? Canon S400SP XP using PhotoRecord (software that came with camera) and using the same paper and ink cartridges. Have done the cleaning nozzle check etc and the 4 ink tanks appear to have plenty in them. Appreciate any suggestions thanks. |

| 116624 | 2003-01-26 02:33:00 | Hi stuffed, Try running the head-cleaner 2 or three more times as you will probably find that 1 of the colours is blocked? Then print a test-page again! Assume you are using Canon ink?as some clone inks give variable results,usually for the poorer! Cheers,Kiwitas,;-) |
