| 116984 | 2003-01-28 23:38:00 | Suddenly I have started having problems opening my graphic programs (Kodak Easyshare, Fuji exif launcher, Finepix viewer to name a few) OS Win98SE. The programs just don't appear on the screen. Ctrl Alt Del says they are running but it says msgsrv32 (not responding). Anyone with any ideas on how to fix this problem?
