116804 2003-01-27 05:00:00 Hi,

I've been trying to get this going between two PCs, both running Windows 98SE. I followed the instructions with the software, and when that didn't work, got third-party instructions from a website.

Does anyone know of any common pitfalls in setting this up?

Alternatively, is there a good bit of software that does the same thing which I could utilise?

Thanks,

Erin

116806 2003-01-28 00:11:00 Firewall - That's the biggest pitfal.

If you've got one, Id un-install it and then re-install it later when everything's all running.

No 3rd party software should be neccesary for ICS!

No firewall on either PC...

I'll take a look at that link...

Cheers,
