Can anyone suggest avenues to find such a person (this isn't really an avenue although persons reading this might be good). Are there some good job sites which don't charge an arm and a leg for the NZ environment. Note all applicants will have to undergo psychometric testing and only those that "fail" will be considered :D |

It would be just "front ends" at this stage so it would be HTML/javascript etc. This is not for a specific project.
