I have a message (from xtra) from time to time that says that I have the following virus WORM_KLEZ.H on my computer
Norton antivirus say 'no'
what is the answer please

116716 2003-01-26 23:20:00 Go to www.sarc.com and download "fix Klez" tool,and run that.Klez cannot be removed by the normal methods,it usually has to be done in safe mode(been there,done that a few times).

116717 2003-01-26 23:31:00 Klez can also prevent Antivirus software from detecting it. It can kill the AV scanning process, you only "think" the AV is running and in reality it may not be. godfather (25)

116720 2003-01-30 22:54:00 My question would be is how would xtra know unless you have given them permission to scan your drives thru the network.

More than likely it is telling you one of your e-mails messages you got had the virus in it because xtra has the virus scanning turned on.
