| 117256 | 2003-01-30 05:33:00 | I have a friend who has received a warning about a virus namely jdbgmgr.exe and has instructions how to Edit and delete.......... I have checked FIND on my system and find this file resident as from 8 August 02. I have not had any trouble with my computer so is it GENUINE or a HOAX......... |

The Debugger Registrar for Java is only used by Visual J++ 1.1 developers, so if you're Joe Bloggs the PC user and delete the file it's not going to make a difference to how you view websites that contain Java. Lucky that the people who wrote this hoax didn't go all out and ask everyone to delete all files that end with the extension .dll! They're viruses I tells ya! |
