If you have lots (im talking 5+ GIG) then give Direct Connect a go. You could even try IRC channels, they have some pretty good content if you can be botherd searching for it. | demonmors (1299) | ||

| 117091 | 2003-01-29 22:43:00 | Well there is no "fastest" one. It all depends on your connection, there connection and net congestion. I use Direct Connect using DC++ (http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net) or other similar versions. If you can get into a good NZ based hub it's very good. The largest public one in NZ is probably dc.p2p.net.nz (view site at www.p2p.net.nz) it's just a bit full of leechers and scriptkiddy CS gamer type people. Another good one is dc.neuron.net.nz (you can register your nick at http:) if you like. If you seem to be playing the game quite well and sharing alot of good stuff and have a good connection you may get invited into a not-so-public hub. You can also set up your own hub if you want. |
