| 117215 | 2003-01-29 22:56:00 | Hi, I have win2k and had easy cd 4. After installing roxio easy cd 5 all the cd/dvds are inaccessible. Device manager says registy might be corrupt (Code 19). Recovery disk doesnt fix this - sigh Uninstalling devices and reinstalling doesnt fix this either. Any tips on how to avoid reinstalling from ground zero? |

| 117219 | 2003-02-01 23:30:00 | I have found the solution on Microsoft support Knowledge base article KB 270008. http://support.microsoft.com A known problem with easy cd up to verison 5.01 when uninstalling. The no 1 recommended fix involves editing the registry, and for me at least if worked fine. |
