| 117387 | 2003-01-31 03:04:00 | Gainward Ti4200 Finally found the possible solution to my crashing problem I can confirm that I have boosted my system temp to mid 50's and cpu temp to mid 60's and I have not had a crash for a full day and night. Refer to this pcworld site. www.pcworld.com So can anyone tell me the best way to proceed, without having to do without my computer, should I ask for a replacement or make do with a repair.Send the whole computer back to the shop or try and remove the video card myself ??? Any advice would be appreciated . Grumpy Gramps |
