| 117365 | 2003-01-30 21:18:00 | I have Norton firewall antivirus, for some reasons it just recently does not update it virus definition; even though I keep running the live update the definition downloaded but could not update itself. | 117368 | 2003-01-30 23:04:00 | Assuming of course you have got live update enabled to either advise of updates or to automatically download updates, then for some reason NAV is ingoring that and downloading without advising you. Several other F1 users have said the same. The current number of virus def's is 62988 dated 29/01. To see if you are really upto date open NAV > Reports > View the list of Virus's that NAV is protecting you from. If the number and date are correct then you have the latest def's but not been told about downloading them. If you do not have that LiveUpdate option selected, then check in the options to make sure it has not been selected by the NAV unknown to you. That is what it sounds like. Failing that and it is a silly question.....your NAV has not run out and needs a payment made to get another 12 months ? |
