| 118363 | 2003-02-04 18:05:00 | Recently added a Canon D1250U2 scanner to my system (O/S WinXP). During installation 2 warnings appeared which the Canon documentation said to ignore. However, now when I open Word 2 warnings appear (1) Word - file contains macros with expired or revoked signatures & will be disabled (2) Visual Basic - macros will be disabled. On closing Word, the VB message appears again. VB works just fine though, Now when I scan a document with OCR and save it to \MY DOCUMENTS it appears to proceed OK but on opening Word it does not appear in the directory listing. BUt, on looking at \MY DOCUMENTS via MY COMPUTER the document is there and can be edited. I suspect the macros are involved. Any suggestions to overcome these problems will be greatly appreciated. |
