| 118327 | 2003-02-04 09:44:00 | Hi,I'm running windows XP and have just loaded Opera 7 and really like what I see.However I need help to set it up so that I can use Opera to dail up,I have to use IE 6 to dial up ( 56 k modem ) before I can surf...this is not how it's meant to be...please help,thanks. ruup |

| 118328 | 2003-02-04 09:51:00 | find your modem dail up (in the network connections i think with XP) and make a shrtcut to the desktop. set windows to never dail a connection. you can drag the shortcut to the quick launch bar if you wish. simply click on the modem shortcut and once you are connected use whatever browser/app you like. :) (as u can see i dislike auto dailup) | tweak'e (174) | ||
