| 118248 | 2003-02-04 06:36:00 | A friend sent me an email with an executable attachment. I get this in my email: "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments:filename" I can't see any way of getting access to this file. It is apparently a Level 1 file type and on first look you are knackered unless you have Exchange Server (I don't). Rather than ask you lot (I've been hassled about that lately) I checked it out. At microsoft.com, there is a registry hack support.microsoft.com You can disable any extensions you want to. Annoying, though. robo. |

| 118253 | 2003-02-04 09:13:00 | Robo, If you have access to "Tweak XP" under the Internet Tweaks Tab there is a section labeled "Outlook XP Security Tweak". This tweak allows you to specify which file types you want to block/unblock. Ian |
