| 118231 | 2003-02-04 05:14:00 | i just changed my network speed setting from TP half Duplex to TP full Duplex with my 10Mbps card it use to go at an average around 500-600kb/sec but how come the speed didn't increase when i changed it to full duplex wat is suppose to happen?? i changed it to full duplex on both of my comp one running win98 and the other 2k with the newest driver for my card installed |

| 118233 | 2003-02-04 09:20:00 | its because your mesuring the speed in one direction only. with half duplex ~500k in one direction but full duplex is ~500k in both directions. all full duplex means is that you can receive and send data at the time. | tweak'e (174) | ||
