| 118629 | 2003-02-05 12:50:00 | A friend's husband was on their computer the other day and she came back to the computer and found that he had changed the appearance of the system . I would like to know how do you change it back . I know how to change the appearance in '98 but I don't know how to do that in 2000 . I have given her the method for '98 but that doesn't work . I know at school we use 2000 professional and you can change the appearance by pressing the shift key five times and then clicking options or something like that then going to appearance that way from memory . I haven't done that since last year so I can't remember exactly on how to do it . By pressing the shift key it activates the stickykeys function . Would this method work on their windows 2000 pc?? I am unsure if they have the pro version or not . Can anyone help me solve their problem??? Brendan |

Select the Appearance tab up the top Select the drop-down box labelled Scheme Select Windows Standard, or whatever takes your friends fancy ;-) Sticky Keys?! Isnt that backspace? Might be shift in 2K?? I always disable it though :-) Cheers Chilling_Silence |
