| 118768 | 2003-02-06 02:35:00 | Hi ~ I have a number of stale addresses in my Outlook Address Book which I want prune by moving them into an archive group rather than delete permanently. Having created the archive group I have tried via both 'Contacts' & 'Address Book' itself to cut & paste them accross, or to drag & drop, or to add to the new (archive) group by selecting etc, but I can find NO way to do it except by entering each manually as a new member of the archive group & then deleting from the general contacts/address list. Surely there is an easier way of copying & deleting these entries, PULEASE! Cheers Broo C em |
