| 119273 | 2003-02-08 03:10:00 | I have a samsung s612s 12x dvd, which both windows and bios like but i cannot change the dvd region which is currently 1 to region 4. I am using xp home, Can any one help?. |

| 119274 | 2003-02-08 03:18:00 | >which both windows and bios have you flashed the firmware? ifs a RPC1 drive then all you need is an app like region killer or dvd genie (www.inmatrix.com) to change the dvd softwares region code. if the hardware has allready had its 5 changes and is set on region1 then theres not much you can do. you can try flashing the firmware but it normally won't work once the drive is locked. |
