119249 2003-02-08 02:22:00 Is it possible to speed up how fast the CPU sends info to AGP? resulting in smoother graphics

e.g upgrading from 1x to 2x or to 4x ?

119250 2003-02-08 02:50:00 Your motherboard is your limiting factor.
To "upgrade" your motherboard you need to put a new one in.
Is your AGP card rated higher than the motherboard or is it the other way round?

And these answers are much the same as 3 days ago, when you posted the same question.

If you really want help, then tell us what motherboard, graphics card etc that you have.

simply upgrade the motherboard but you will need a video card to match for it to be worth while.

also it is possible to overclock the buses but it is highly not recommended as the cards can freak out and crash. some new motherboards will keep the pci and agp bus the same speed reguardless of the overclocking on the fsb.
