| 1328449 | 2013-02-17 02:08:00 | I got a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 late last year. Am managing OK with it so far but HATE the games. I rather enjoy playing Freecell and Spider Solitaire but W7 editions are slow and stupid, absolutely pathetic (and those are the nice words!) Has anybody had a go at replacing these with the sharper editions that Windows XP had? Has this worked? Any advice please? Otherwise I'll have to keep the old desktop machine puffing along just to play games! |

You can (if you've ever tried Vista) get Texas Holdem installed on Win7 too. But, there's a lot involved. So, it'll work properly |

| 1328451 | 2013-02-17 03:09:00 | Hi Speedy - I should have said that the desktop runs XP. The new laptop runs 7. I'd like to move the preferred editions of the games I like (only Freecell and Spider solitaire) from the desktop PC to the Windows 7 laptop. So that website you've suggested looks just the ticket. Many thanks indeed. |

It all went so smoothly and has made the world of difference. The older games have transferred well and work so much better than the new editions. Thanks so much for the help. | advena (13666) | ||
