If someone sends a message saying "anti-virus programs can't find this virus" it's almost 100% certain to be a hoax. Also, Microsoft will not give away millions if you forward a chain letter and no one will give you millions from Nigeria/South Africa etc (those are scams). There is also no way to make money quickly on the net by spamming 10,000 people (9,999 of them will just get cross) and having a website does not ensure instant wealth - it's another marketing method that takes work). Whilst I'm on the subject, "optimizing your computer" and other forms of protection "because you are at risk" is marketing for a product. That does not mean the program marketed is any good. |
