| 120098 | 2003-02-10 20:41:00 | I uninstalled my TViewer and Direct X programs and reinstalled them. Now the program will not start. A window comes up saying "ERROR STARTING PROGRAM". 'A required DLL file AVICAP 32 DLL was not found'. I have contacted Dynalink and they were unable to help me. I run Win 95 on this computer. Richard. |

Downlaod the Zip file and extract it to 3 places just to be on the safe side: \Windows\System\ \Windows\System32\ And the working folder that has the programs main EXE file in it! See how it goes!
